All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
At the moment, we only ship within United States. We hope to expand internationally soon.

Jewelry Materials & Care
At Leeva, we use:
- 18K gold vermeil plated on sterling silver (4- microns).
- 18K and gold plated on stainless steel.
- Freshwater pearls
- Cubic zirconia

While our jewelry is crafted for durability, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to extend its shine and life.
With proper care, our high-quality plating is made to last. However, like all plated jewelry, it may gradually fade over time depending on usage and exposure.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at leevainc@gmail.com.
At this time, we offer returns for store credit or refund, but not direct exchanges. You may place a new order once your return is processed.
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.
